My Goldschmidt

Role functions

Details for: Claire CHARLES

Geosciences engineer and PhD student in the department of Marine Geosciences in Ifremer and in collaboration with Total. The topics of my research project is about the mineralogy and the multi-element / isotopic (Nd, Pb, Be, Os, Hf) geochemistry of the ferromanganese crusts from the Mozambique Channel. The main goal of my PhD is to understand the current and the past Atlantic and Pacific water masses circulation through the channel, as well as the role of the Davie Ridge.
