Do you see correlations of the initial eps Hf values of the ultramafic rocks with Al2O3/TiO2 or Gd/Yb? This could indicate either variously depleted mantle sources or different amounts of a garnet fractionation in the source tapped by the komatiites.

Yes, there is a correlation. But we see that the samples with high Al2O3 that could have been a product of melting in the garnet stability field do not show a decoupling. It's only the samples with low Al2O3 and high MgO that shows high epsilon Hf, which indicates an early differentiation probably in the perovskite field at >4 Ga.
