It's really interesting that high-K magmas can variously be associated with REE enrichment (as discussed in other presentations in this session) or with Cu enrichment, but rarely with both at the same time. Do you have any thoughts on what the difference between the two mineralisation types might be?

What are the next steps to better understand the sources of these high-K rocks, for example the mica-rich mantle reservoirs? Perhaps using mineral-melt partition coefficients and modelling from whole-rock geochemical data, or available experimental petrology data to shed light on this process? Are there other datasets that you plan to collect to better understand high-K magma generation?
